KS Community – Japan

KS Community was established in February 1996 and is a general management company that engages in the facility management (the management of building facilities) of all types of buildings, including condominiums, buildings, rental apartment buildings and housing complexes.

The management philosophy of KS Community is to protect people and buildings through people. With the belief that relationships of trust with our customers are the most valuable asset of our company, KS Community continues to actively propose creative and useful ideas to our customers.
